How do I know if the activity I want is available?

Will there be instructions available for the activity we hire?
We provide a member of our team to operate our activities whilst they are on hire, so you don’t have to worry about doing it. Our team member will ensure that everyone understands how to use the equipment safely and securely.
You just have to concentrate on having fun.
Do any of the activities have any special requirements?
Each activity will have some special requirements and these are listed on the relevant pages. Some activities require a water supply and some need a power point and some need both, others have specific space needs. But they are all listed on the pages detailing individual activity information.
Where do you deliver?
We will deliver pretty much anywhere, after all you can’t travel too far for a great party, can you?
There is no charge for delivery within certain postcodes in the South West. The full list of postcodes can be found below. If your address falls outside of these postcodes, an additional charge may apply and we will confirm this with you once we have received your booking.

How much do you charge?
You can view the charges for each activity on the Hire Rates page. If you want to book an activity for an extended period, get in touch via our Contact page and we will be happy to talk to you about your requirements.
What happens if my event is cancelled or postponed?
If your event is cancelled or postponed because of bad weather, we will not charge you for the hire. Cancellation for any other reason will not incur a charge as long as you inform us 7 days before the event. If you fail to do this we may levy a cancellation charge of £50.00 per activity.
If you postpone your event, we will reschedule your hire at no cost as long as the activity is available for the revised date.
